In a small bowl, pass the yeast with the sugar and leave it to rise for about 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, sift the flour and add, in turn, the rest of the ingredients: salt, egg, oil, dried oregano, milk and mineral water.

Add the leavened yeast and knead an elastic and non-sticky dough.

Leave the bowl in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips and brown lightly.

Cut the capsicum into thin slices and fry over high heat for 2 minutes.

Peel a pineapple and grate it.

From the leavened dough lay two equal sheets.

Grease each sheet with tomato juice, sprinkle half the amount of cheese and place the browned breast, diced pineapple, capsicum peppers, tomatoes and chopped green onions.

The pizza thus prepared is baked for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

After removing from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese. Serve hot. Good appetite!
