The big one, when she hears it's Friday, says: "Mommy, I want green soup."
- 1 bag of frozen spinach (450 g)

RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach soup with rice:
Bring water to a boil.
Onions and carrots are cleaned, washed and chopped.
When the water boils, add the spinach, chopped vegetables and rice.
When the soup is almost ready, add the tomato juice, oil and salt to taste.
