RECIPE PREPARATION Baskets with cheese, ham and olives:

We will use 3 rows of slices of bread. Put two or three slices each length. Grease them with cream cheese. Put thin slices of beets, then slices of ham, a thick slice of cheese, then another layer of slices of bread. Grease this last layer with sour cream with yolks. Put another layer of slices of beets, cheese, ham, cream cheese. Another layer of slices of bread. Then cover the whole "check" with a thick layer of cream cheese, decorate with bell peppers, olives, greens and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve the appetizer cut into thick slices. Mix the egg whites well with a pinch of salt. The cream cheese is mixed with the yolks. Lightly mix the beaten egg whites with the yolks mixed with the cheese and boiled vegetables.

3. From the cold dough, spread a thin sheet from which we cut with the mouth of a glass, circles which we then place in the forms greased with a little olive oil and which are baked for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and fill with the cheese and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle red onion rings on top and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat in the oven but let the baskets cool down freely in the oven then remove from the molds and serve cold as an appetizer.

2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Put in a bowl. Mix eggs, one at a time. Then add the milk, wine and both vegetable and olive oil. It will result in a very liquid consistency, which is normal.

3. Cut the ham into 1 cm cubes and mix with the dough. Laugh the furrow and add it too. Finally, add the pepper and olives, mix well and then pour the composition into the pan.

4. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes - an hour, until the knife with which you pierce the dough comes out clean. Because there is a lot of liquid in the recipe, the dough will be very porous and the knife blade may come out wet, but it is important not to leave the dough uncooked. The top should be dark gold. Don't worry if the inside still looks unripe. This yellow color is exactly the ideal color!
