This puff pastry pizza with ham and mushrooms is the savory pie I make most often, whether it's a family dinner or a party, it is always in high demand and is always very popular. How to make ham and mushroom puff pastry pizza
Sauté the mushrooms with a clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil and add a pinch of salt.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and form 2 discs, with the first lining a greased mold. Cover with a layer of cooked ham and a layer of sliced smoked cheese.
Add the mushrooms and cover with the cooking cream.
Finally add the corn.
Cover the pizza with the second disc of puff pastry and brush the surface with a little milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake for 30 minutes or until the pizza is golden.
