Raise your hand if you don't know chicken nuggets;) Those tasty and delicious chicken-based croquettes, dipped in a batter and then fried that you can find in all fast food restaurants. I admit that despite being a junk food, chicken nuggets are tempting from time to time, so I decided to prepare them home made and serve them for dinner with mixed sauces and other fast food recipes. After a search on various American sites, I developed this recipe that everyone in my house has promoted, so I pass it to you, hoping it will be useful to you too;) Today I'm very late on the whole line, a million things to do, dozens of unexpected events and zero desire, so I leave you to these delicious fried chicken nuggets and I'm going to give me a move. Basins to those who pass through here!

How to make chicken nuggets
Cut the chicken into pieces, put it in a bowl with the buttermilk (if you don't find it you can prepare it at home, adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to 100 ml of whole milk and leaving it at room temperature for a couple of hours) and let it soften for 30 minutes.
Drain, put it in the mixer and chop until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add paprika and garlic to taste (I put about 1 teaspoon of each), starch, salt and pepper and mix.
With moistened hands, form croquettes the size of a walnut and slightly flattened, in a round, oval or drop shape. Place them gradually on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Prepare the batter: combine all the ingredients (egg, flour, starch, water, sugar, yeast, paprika, salt and pepper) in a bowl and mix with a fork or whisk until you get a thick but fluid batter.
Dip the croquettes in the batter, one at a time, covering them entirely.
Then fry them a few at a time in hot seed oil.
As they are ready, lift them with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate covered with absorbent paper.
Serve the chicken nuggets piping hot, alone or accompanied by sauces of your choice.
