Kinder Chocolate Muffin Recipe from of 16-02-2009 [Updated on 25-01-2016]
These Kinder chocolate muffins are really good and luckily the ferrari oven we bought for the office is ideal for baking this type of cake. This time Ele and I have reworked a recipe for the classic muffins with chocolate chips, replacing the milk with yogurt and the drops with Kinder chocolate. We have thus created the Kinder chocolate muffins, the softest and tastiest muffins I have ever eaten in my entire life. They are so good that my sister, after tasting them one afternoon, has chosen them as her favorite desserts and prepares them continuously: they have in fact become her workhorse and now anyone who knows her asks her to prepare them;)
How to make kinder chocolate muffins
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Separately, cream the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs to the butter cream and mix everything together.
Pour the liquid dough into the dry one, as usually in the preparation of muffins, and mix gently.
Add the yogurt to the mixture and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Add the chopped Kinder chocolate to the muffin mixture and mix everything gently.
Grease and flour the muffin molds and fill them 3/4 of their height.
Bake the Kinder muffins at 180 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
Take the chocolate chip muffins out of the oven, let them cool and serve :)
Notice the fluffy inside of the muffin and the Kinder pieces inside.
