We wash the lettuce leaves and break them into pieces. Put the salad in a bowl over which we add the cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes. Chop the green onion and add it to the salad. Drain the tuna from its own juice and mix it carefully in the salad.

We slice an egg (for a portion) (you can cut it into cubes if you prefer) and place it on the plate.

Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish with strips of green garlic and cook immediately.

1 small green salad
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cucumber, cut into rounds
3 tomatoes, cut into slices
2 eggs, cut into slices
1 canned sea tuna
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic, cut into slices
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped salad, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna and eggs.
2. In another bowl, combine parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and mint. Pour the sauce thus obtained over the composition of the first bowl and mix. The salad is served with hot foccacia leaves.

  • 1 handful of fresh basil (about 10g)
  • 150g boiled chickpeas (can also be canned)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Wash and peel the vegetables, then cut the tomatoes in half and the baked pepper into slices. Chop the basil finely. Cut the eggplant and zucchini into cubes, mix them with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.

Bake the pan for 25-30 minutes, until soft and browned.

After the vegetables are cooked, place them on a plate with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix well and add topped with olive oil (if needed), lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Before I enjoy it, I add a few creamy slices of avocado sprinkled with plenty of lime juice on top.
