I also picked the bitter cherries. That's it, they're over. Too bad, they were very good. I just made jam from them, unfortunately there weren't too many.

  • 7 cups of cherries chosen from seeds
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 2 lg-ite lemon salt

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bitter cherry jam:

The cherries are washed and picked from the seeds, taking care not to waste the juice, a goodness.

Then put them in a bowl and put the sugar on them.

Leave it like this for a few hours or until morning.

Then put the pot on low heat and let it boil until the syrup binds.

At the end we put the lemon salt and bring a few more boils.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool, then pour into dry jars.

Let it cool and put the lids on.

Turn upside down and leave the jars wrapped until they cool completely then let cool.
